Please review these policies carefully as they are the terms that govern Returns and Shipping for the Benjamin Moore Flagship Stores. Your placement of an order on our site constitutes your agreement with these policies.

Returns Policy

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

Tinted interior and exterior paints, stains and primers, as well as all paint color samples, color swatches and exterior stain samples are not eligible for return or exchange. 


Please note that on-screen and printer color representations may vary from actual paint colors, and we cannot honor returns or exchanges for digitally misinterpreted colors. 


For issues regarding incorrect color matching, damaged/weather-affected paint, or other variables, follow the below:


If there is an issue with an order fulfilled by a Flagship Patins Store, please contact the Store directly for information on returns. 


Unopened merchandise bought at any Benjamin Moore Flagship Paint location (i.e.: paint brushes and roller covers) in original manufacturer's packaging in good condition, may be returned within 30 days of the order date.


Please note that all tinted paint orders are final and cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged for a new color. Unused, non-tinted paint, stain or primer or unopened merchandise that was picked up at the store location can be returned to the same location the merchandise was purchased.
